Feedback Report

The SAQ personalized feedback report has 6 sections.

Section 1 describes the purpose and scope of the questionnaire.

Section 2 deals with possible sources of stress - work, relationship issues, parenting and critical life events.

Section 3 looks at whether you are experiencing some of the common emotional, behavioral and physical symptoms of stress.

Section 4 describes how far you use some common coping strategies and styles - social support, self-regulation, problem solving, distraction and physical fitness.

Section 5 assesses whether procrastination or perfectionism could be contributing to your experience of stress.

Section 6 describes the impact of stress on your mental health and assesses your self-esteem and whether you are presenting any symptoms of depression or anxiety.

You should keep in mind that the report is generated by a computerized expert assessment system and substantially reflects the answers made by you during the assessment. Due consideration must be given to the subjective nature of questionnaire-based ratings.
