how far you use some common coping strategies and styles - social support,
self-regulation, problem solving, distraction and physical fitness. |

Section 5 assesses
whether procrastination or perfectionism could be contributing to
your experience of stress. |

|
|
Section 6 describes
the impact of stress on your mental health and assesses your
self-esteem and whether you are presenting any symptoms of
depression or anxiety. |

You
should keep in mind that the report is generated by a computerized
expert assessment system and substantially reflects the answers made
by you during the assessment. Due consideration must be given
to the subjective nature of questionnaire-based ratings.
