Relationship The Relationship scale assesses the extent to which you are suffering from stress as a result of relationship difficulties in your personal life.
Parenting The Parenting scale assesses whether you are experiencing stress as a result of work overload from childrearing and family responsibilities.
Incidents The Incidents scale evaluates how far critical incidents such as the death of a partner or spouse, divorce, or a major personal injury or illness  may be behind the stress you are experiencing.

Emotional The Emotional symptoms scale measures whether you are experiencing any emotional symptoms such as worrying, feeling afraid, having intrusive thoughts, or experiencing panic attacks.
Behavioral The Behavioral symptoms scale assesses whether you are experiencing any behavioral symptoms such as feeling tired, working less efficiently, and having difficulty concentrating.
Physical The Physical symptoms scale looks at whether you are experiencing symptoms such as indigestion, headaches, and skin complaints.

Social Support The Social Support scale reflects the degree to which you talk through problems and seek social support to help reduce stress.
Self-Regulation The Self-Regulation scale measures the extent to which you are able to recognize and manage your feelings and emotions.
Problem Solving The Problem Solving scale looks at the degree to which you seek to understand, control, and improve the situation you find yourself in.
Distraction The Distraction scale reflects the degree to which you seek distractions to help reduce pressure and take your mind off things.
Physical Health  
Health The Health scale assesses how far you keep in shape, eat a healthy diet, and moderate drinking to help reduce stress.
Personality  
Procrastination The Procrastination scale assesses whether you put things off and avoid taking decisions or completing projects.
Perfectionism The Perfectionism scale looks at whether having unrealistic standards about yourself or other people could be a factor contributing to the stress you are experiencing.
Mental Health  
Self-Esteem The Self-Esteem scale looks at whether you are suffering from low self-esteem - for example, whether you lack self-respect, feel worthless, or judge yourself to be a failure.
Depression The Depression scale looks at whether you are experiencing symptoms of depression such as feeling unhappy, guilty and inadequate, or whether you have lost motivation and interest.
Anxiety The Anxiety scale assesses whether you have symptoms of anxiety such as worrying excessively, having feelings of fear, or reliving upsetting events.
